Rethinking the Employee Lifecycle
As a talent leader, I’ve always struggled with the employee lifecycle models I’ve seen.
Recently, I had the chance the chance to work with an innovative client and redefine the employee lifecycle. Our goals were to create a model that:
Focuses on the employee
Engages engaged the employee, beginning in recruitment
Is true to their amazing culture
Provides managers and employees a tool that supports development conversations
Positively recognizes that people leave and need support when they choose to
Supports ongoing employee development, growth and experiences.
